MAKING A RESERVATION

If  possible,  we  recommend  you  book  ahead  for  your  treatment  at  least  one  day  in  advance. Please also visit our spa receptionist if you would like further details and recommendations on the best spa treatments.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

To maximise the best value for your spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior  to  your  appointment  time.  Before  your  treatment,  you  will  be  served  a  complimentary Thai welcome drink and a fresh cold towel.   This allows you time to fill out your consultation form, enjoy the ambience and start the relaxation process before your treatment begins.

WHAT TO WEAR

We will provide you with spa attire where necessary including disposable underwear.

VALUABLES

We  recommend  placing  your  jewellery  and  valuables  in  the  secured  safe  in  your  room  as management will not be responsible for the loss of money or valuables brought in to the spa.

SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

All  first-timers  need  to  fill  out  a  consultation  form  prior  to  their  treatment.  This  is  to  provide you with the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort.

PAYMENT FOR SPA SERVICE

We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD). In-house guests may also charge to your room. Do note that tax and service charge are included in the price.

LATE POLICY

As a courtesy to all our guests, we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule

and late appointments may not be honoured if there is a treatment booked immediately after. A cancellation fee will then be charged to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND POSTPONEMENT

We  respectfully  require  a  minimum  of  4  hours’  notice  to  change  or  cancel  your  booking. This will help you avoid a 100% no-show charge.
